Fast Fire Gear wants you to be confident in the gear you rely on. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories included.
Items that can’t be returned
- Respirator masks, filters and cartridges (including Sundström kits and SR 510 / SR 232 filters) once the packaging has been opened, for health and safety reasons.
- Fire hose that has been cut, used or exposed to water.
- Products that have been used in a fire or training event.
- Gift cards and special-order or custom-configured items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Pumps and large equipment
WATERAX pumps and other large or freight-shipped equipment can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. These returns may carry a restocking fee of up to 15%, and must be arranged with us in advance so we can coordinate freight. Agency and quoted orders follow the terms on your quote or invoice.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping. Manufacturer warranties apply beyond that window, and we’ll help you file a claim.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll send return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item is damaged, defective or our error, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
Need a different size (for example a different mask size)? Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange for an unopened item.
